need acrylic machined, pref. in los ang area

Hi,

I'm looking for some parts to be machined out of 3/8" (9 mm) thick acrylic. Mostly, the sizes of the pieces I'm looking for are in the ballpark of 8.5 inch circles.

If you haven't worked with acrylic before, be aware that it's denser than wood, and can bog down some CNC machines that handle woodwork just fine.

I'm attaching a screenshot of an ACAD file for one particular piece. It's an 8.5 inch round, with 8 holes, and two grooves, one is .02" deep, another is 3/16" deep. - This is just to give an idea of the kind of parts I'm looking for.

I'm looking for either established CNC shops, or if someone thinks their DIY CNC is up to the job, then I'd like to hear from you.

I'm looking for a reasonably priced, reliable shop to use long term. A single unit that I build takes about 4 - 6 pieces of similar size to the one I described.
