This wheel is just barely over 3" in diameter. I originally had this designed in .157" thick steel, but I'm flexible on material. Just needs to be .125-.25 thick, and ferrous, as it will be used for a hall-effect generator. AutoCAD drawing is to scale. Catia files also available upon request. .001" max out-of round tolerance. I only need one of these things, and I'm in no huge hurry. This would be a snap for someone with a CNC laser, but could be done on a mill with a 1/16" bit. Any takers? Please note I'm a just a poor boy... eMachineShop was too steep for me with only needing one of these! |
