Good afternoon I'm looking for a partner to work with to produce initially around 1000 units of a CNC Aluminum case for a Cell Smart Phone. The product will be two parts that are bolted together in four corners via hex bolts. the project will require the following from the partner: 1) CAD of the product and prototype for refinement (initial Contract) 2) Once prototype completed and tested a production of the parts (Second contract with minimum order quantity agreement and fixed cost per part) 3) The Part to be 'finished' with combinations of Polished, brushed aluminum and also anodized in several colors 4) No packaging required, just products. Packaging will be handled on our side 5) Possible Laser Engraving on a per part, per special order basis (TBD) 6) small inside product marking OEM name and Made in USA flag. basic dimensions are: 4.75 x 2.5 x 0.1 inches with a lip all round the inside edge of the part and posts in each of the four corners where the hex bolts will screw the part together. The front part of the case will display the screen which will need a cutout of 3.5 inches diag. The back half will need two smaller cutouts. I can provide a sample rendering of the product will need to be used for the initial CAD prototyping. I would expect that you can provide excellent references and samples of work completed previously for other clients.
