I need 300 rings in aluminum or a hard plastic (which ever costs less). I need to have these complete within 2 weeks time to Maricopa, Arizona. Here are the dimensions: 2.260" OD 2.047" ID 0.590" Thick Tolerance of +- 0.003" Thanks, Mo |

The OD of 2.250" does not have to have tight tolerances. It could be unfinished 2 1/4" tubing. My thinking is to use 1/8" wall tubing and machine the ID to 2.047" with a tolerance of +- 0.003". Deburring is not necessary (I can do this in house). Yes, any aluminum will do, including 6061. I'm looking for low cost on these parts. Mo |

This is what kills so much time on estimates. When any one asks for a quote they need to ask for what they really want! |
