    Aluminum Spacer Rings

I need 300 rings in aluminum or a hard plastic (which ever costs less). I need to have these complete within 2 weeks time to Maricopa, Arizona. Here are the dimensions:
    2.260" OD
    2.047" ID
    0.590" Thick
    Tolerance of +- 0.003"

    Thanks,
    Mo

Edge breaks? Aluminum will be cheaper, is 6061 ok?

    More Info

The OD of 2.250" does not have to have tight tolerances. It could be unfinished 2 1/4" tubing. My thinking is to use 1/8" wall tubing and machine the ID to 2.047" with a tolerance of +- 0.003". Deburring is not necessary (I can do this in house).

Yes, any aluminum will do, including 6061. I'm looking for low cost on these parts.

Then why did you spec it to .003 tolerance?
This is what kills so much time on estimates. When any one asks for a quote they need to ask for what they really want!
