RFQ - Small Stainless Steel Lever

Hi guys,

I'm new to this site, so please forgive me!

I am new to this, but have designed a part in Solidworks I require manufacturing, and am hoping someone here will be able to do me a good quote.

Ideally I am after a corrosion resistant steel, but other materials may be an option.

I only need two of these producing, and they are small in size.

I have attached a Solidworks 2010 Part, and also an IGES file.

I am flexible on the material these are to be made from, the original post stated Stainless steel, a few people have said this will be hard to machine.

I am open to suggestions on this front, I guess it will have to remain some kind of steel however. There are two "detents" on the front edge, these engage with a ball-bearing, providing detents to the levers movement. This ball bearing was the reason I thought of Stainless Steel, as I feel something like aluminium would become worn quickly.

I am sure you all have much more materials experience than me, so feel free to make suggestions.

I am based in the UK as per my profile, I am happy to have these made abroad.
