Three prototype ram blocks required

Hi guys,

I am looking to get a batch of these ram blocks made, however I would like to get 2 or 3 prototypes made initially.

The materials are copper for the base and acrylic for the top half.

Please see attached drawings.

The render is before I redesigned the unit to reduce machine time and hopefully costs. The base plate doesnt have any grooves in the plate, however if this can be easily included in the prototypes I would love to have it as it would greatly increase the cooling power of the block.

I live in the UK and would prefer somebody here to make them incase phone calls need to be made, however I can't imagine shipping costs would be too expensive on such small parts from anywhere around the world.

The acrylic will be vapour polished after machining and I can get this done locally if this is not possible your end, however the machining on the acrylic parts need to be as smooth as possible, and the copper base will be nickel plated after finishing.

I would like quotes initially for the 3 sets of blocks.
