Exhaust flanges for a header assembly we manufacture. Material- A36, 1018, etc. is fine, any weldable steel will be excepted for material. Qtys. 10pcs and 20pcs. RFQ Closing Date: 7-22-10 Award Date: 7-23-10 Lead time: We need these ASAP put your lead time in your quote. Be realistic with your time as we will plan production around this. * The top and bottom do not need to be faced off, only the top side (side with the radius) needs to be faced or if you have time saver machine that finish will be fine. The backside will be ground after we assemble them. Tolerances are +/-0.005" on everything except as noted on the .pdf file (those are +/-0.002"). Models are in the zip file. Radius on the profile is not critical only cosmetic, just needs to be uniform Shipping will via our UPS or Fed Ex account number. Payment terms are negotiable. ONLY Quotes from US SHOPS will be accepted, this means that these parts MUST be Machined In the US. If you have US "office" but plan on machining them outside the US it is still not acceptable. Please PM all quotes-Do Not Post them Here Quoting Instructions: - P.M complete price - Company information (location and contact information - email address) - Preferred Payment Terms - Lead Time |
