| I need two sets of pistol grips (Colt 1911) made from stainless steel. They are approx 4.5" long, 2" wide and .25" at their thickest. They can be seen at www.gripus.com. The ones I am needing are oversized. They need to be machined out on the back to a thickness of approx .125". I can furnish almost any file type you need and, if your machine uses one of the post processors available to Vectric's Aspire I can also furnish toolpaths. Regards, Joe

I will need at least three sets of steel pistol grips. Mild steel will be just fine. The front (convex) surface must be smooth and free of machine marks. The back (concave) side does not have to be smooth except along the rim. I will need an additional 6-9 sets over the next few (6?) months. The finished thickness of the grips will be approx .30-.31" I have posted the zipped .stl files on my website for you to download. http://www.gripus.com/Right Front.zip included are dxf files with boundaries and holes for alignment of front to back. For those interest, please email your bid to joework@gripus.com along with forms of payment you accept and an approximate time line. Thanks, Joe

| I don't know what the problem could be. It works fine for me on two home computers and two work computers. If anyone else is still having problems with this please let me know and I will try emailing the files to you one at a time. I would still like to get some more bids. Joe
