Piecemeal CAD work - Make some extra money

I have a need for someone to perform part drawing, design work and potentially CAM file creation. I want someone who is creative, a self-starter, has opinions and is looking to be apart of a new company. If you are not energetic, please don't waste your time or mine. I am in Boise, ID and would prefer to have someone in town, but am willing to discuss the potential with anyone.

I currently use a Fadal 4020 with no 4th axis capabilities and use BobCAD/CAM v.23 for my CAD and CAM solution. Some familiarity with these would be great, but not required.

The parts are related to the firearms industry. As these are unique items, I will require a non-compete/disclosure to be signed in conjunction with the work contract, as I need to protect my intellectual property and market.

I am willing to structure the pay in many ways including: per hour, per job, set amount per product sold, minimum amount plus bonus after x sold, etc.

Bring me your desire and pay requirements, and I will provide the creative challenge and chance to be apart of something new.
