This from mcphill: I would like to make my own wax patterns, and am looking for someone that can make shells, burn out the wax, and do the casting. I would like the parts cast in aluminum, and they would be up to 8 lb parts. I would also be interested in much larger parts if you have the capabilities. I could provide patterns for someone if they are able to make sand molds and pour the parts. NO finish machining is required, I can do that work. Is anyone interested in performing these tasks for pay? Please PM me, or (preferred) e-mail me at mike(at)mcpii(dot)com, if you are interested in discussing your capabilities and potential pricing And I would like to get some made also. kdoney at earthlink dot com or net. Mine would be long term but small amounts (10 or so per pattern) |
