A state of the art facility that has the latest technology in precision machines to produce instruments for the medical device industry. We are in need of an Experienced Wire/Plunger EDM machinist to join our team.
Duties: Requirements:
• Set-up and operate EDM machines
• Knowledge of electrode design
• Experience with fixture building and design
• Manual Mill/Lathe experience
• Ability to use inspection equipment
• Read and practice interpretation of blueprints and procedures
• Geometric Tolerance
• Ability to off-set machines to maintain part Quality
• Collect SPC data to maintain process control
Qualifications: Experience Required:
• Experience with Wire/Plunger EDM’s
• Vocational School Degree or EDM Training
