Need cad help and parts

I have a new patented product,I have the drawings, desighns, and every thing mostly figured out.It took me a while.
Its a locking oil plug for harley style oil bags.
ive got a real strong patent that was issued a few months ago.
Ive got the product desighned where it is Fail proof and I'm sure people will really like it.
I do need a little help tweeking the desighn by someone with machining capabilitys,its going to take some live tooling on a cnc lathe and or some cnc mill work.
I have a old south bend lathe,and a mill drill,and a crappy cad program,and Ive got the product as far as I can.Ive been in manufacturing most of my life,and have had old time turret lathes and such,but when it comes to cnc,Im lost.I do have somwhat of a handle on what can be done,and what cant.
If you think we can help each other out,please send a email.I can forward a link to the patent,and some drawings,and please recomend a vidio conferancing soft ware.I have a cable hook up,a camera,mike,and were going to need one so I can fully explain the drawings and product.
Even though I'm a little cash poor right now,I'm clean and have spotless credit.I have the domain name,and a website almost ready to go as soon as I get pictures
I have product sold as soon as I get it together,and if you give me a chance to show you the product and how well it is desighed,you will know its a sure hit with plenty of work as long as you can keep up.

I might be interested in looking at what you have. Where are you located? I own a machine shop with cnc equipment and have some available machine time. I have worked as an engineer at Harley Davidson and am pretty good on process development as well as designing principles.
