RFQ: Skate Bearings

I designed these skate bearings in CAD. I need some aluminum 0.5" plates machined on an accurate CNC mill. The plate sizes (length & width) are exact measurements and need to be CNC milled to size. There are precise hole locations and sizes. The successful operation of these bearings relies on precise measurements which means it needs to be machined in a precise CNC mill. I just need quantity of 1 for now since I just want to test my design. If the design works, I will need upto 8 total. I already have the bearings and bolts.

For now, I just need a simple price quote. I am including a Zipped file that has the IGES Cad file.

What is the "precise" requirement stated in + or - tolerances ?

The precision I need for the parts is atleast 0.005".
