MACHINE SHOP FOREMAN needed for Lorton VA manufacturing Facility.
Must have proven leader ship skills and understand the needs of small business.
Experienced CNC machinist needed for machine shop in Lorton, VA. Must have own tools and the ability to work with a wide variety of materials. Must possess the skill set of a shop worker combined with a production planner. At least 5 years experience in the set up and operation of CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes and conventional shop equipment. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities. Ability to work in a small business environment where the importance of shipping quality product quickly is the highest priority.
*Able to program and edit using CAM programs and g-code
*Able to read detailed blueprints
*Able to use all general machine shop tools
*Able to perform shop math
*Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
*40 hour work week 10 hour day 4 days
* Must have own tools
