you can ignore the below request, I found another ball screw I had in my garage with a nut that had the correct thread.
I do have a C3 THK ballscrew that I would like to get shortened, and maybe threaded so I can disassemble/adjust easily. Still wondering about that. Thanks again everyone. Well, best as I can tell it is a slightly worn 13/16-32. Diameter of threads may be closer to .779.
I would love to have something .4-.5 inches long. I have cross referenced a bunch of industries (aircraft, motor, auto, off road). I have found taps and dies but no nuts or threaded sleeves. A few paintball guns use it, but that is it.
I will send paypal asap, the job is as hot as any other..because arent they all? 
Also I have another ball screw that could use a cut and thread. Dimensions are a bit different but what would a service like this cost so I dont have to drill/pin/cap screws/washer my compression ring on?
