| I need a NEMA 34 bolt pattern drilled into these 2 plates. These plates use to house older motors that did not have the same bolt pattern. Attached is the motors bolt pattern and engineering drawings in a pdf document and a pictures of the front and back. 1. Center hole most likely will need to be enlarged due to new 1/2" shaft size. 2. Bolt pattern must be concentric around the existing center hole. 3. The radius edge faces up when bolted in. 4. You can tell from the picture which side the servos bolt too. 5. In the picture labeled "rear", i would like that little step to also be machined accordingly if necessary so the servo sits in like it is suppose to. From the dimensions attached it looks like it is suppose to sit in 2.5mm. If its easier and cheaper to modify the plates that works, if its cheaper and easier to cut out new plates from aluminum that works too. I can send you the plates UPS or USPS so you can measure them accordingly. Any questions please let me know ASAP!! These parts are being used to finish my cnc machine located here: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103291 Thank you for your time! My location is Seattle, Wa I will ship anywhere in the United States. ***uploaded a picture of the dimensions in case you don't want to download the PDF*** |

| Sent them off to a fellow in Michigan! Thank you for everyone who inquired! ![]() I will have a couple more projects coming up soon. One of them is cutting custom timing belt pulleys (4 of them), the other will be machining holes into my z axis actuator and carriage so i can bolt them together. Stay tuned! Thanks |
