Need A Quote- RFQ Injection mold polycarb

I need a quote for an injection mold. Please quote for the mold having as many cavities to accommodate your equipment and yield the best per unit cost of each requested part run.

I would like per unit costs for runs of 5,000 10,000 and 20,000. Material is clear polycarbonate. You must source the plastic. In your quote please indicate your turn around time from purchase order to estimated delivery.

All quotes should include freight charges to USA postal code 22301

March 31st will be the close of RFQ.

I have CAD files in SolidWorks, as well as 2D drawings in .pdf which is attached.

I was actually contacted by a golf tee manufacture two days ago. It isn't going to be fair to ask anyone else to bid against them since they already have a very large mold. We can adapt our tolerances to accept their spec so it looks like I just need to close this RFQ. Thank you to everyone who submitted a bid on this part, all of the quotes were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Please understand that when we posted this RFQ we did so with good intentions of having a mold built and in no way expected a mold to be available for us to use. I sincerely apologize for wasting any of your valuable time.
