RFQ 2 Op CNC Milling (Proto)

I'm looking a quote on small part for a diesel injection pump. I'd like 5 prototypes made to test. And if all goes well I'd be looking for a small batch of 25-50. It has to be made of AL any grade will do. Nothing super close for tolerances (.005-.010 on all dimensions) Please email my quote at kurt.west(at)accesscomm.ca

*I've tried to keep most features as close to standard as possible, if you would like to change something to make it easier to manufacter just mail me and we can discuss it.

Is it critical that the top cap be angled, or can it have straight walls?

It could be straight but I'd like to keep the angle, makes it look more like the stock cover which is important. If a dealer notices it at service time it could spell the end of the engine warranty.
