CNC Machine Experience
Must have minimum 2+ years experience of CNC programming in production manufacturing environment for 3 & 4-axis CNC machine
Understanding of CNC operations, review process sheets and call up programs to determine tools required to perform a wide variety of very close tolerance of drilling, tapping and milling operations
Manage, develop and modify CNC programs, detail setup sheet documentation to support necessary setups
Experienced with MasterCam, CamWorks, Solidworks
Familiar with metal cutting processes both theory and practical knowledge
Consults with engineers and other personal concerning product information (design, capacity, purpose, and types of materials to be used to fabricate product
Capable of working with a wide variety of materials, selection of speeds and feeds and tooling
Ability to handle multiple and frequently changing priorities
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
