About Our Facility
Our Conroe facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. We offer an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Seike, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program to ensure that our staff go home safe to their families after every shift. We are located at 500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303.

Your Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible to operate one or more machines involved in the production of our downhole products, with the goal of making top-quality products. Accuracy and attention to detail are key. Training will be provided, to operate the machines. You will adjust parameters of the machine as required (G & M codes), such as calculating lengths and setting controls such as speed, pressure, and limit switches. Maintain knowledge of G & M codes and input them into CNC machines for production, while ensuring products have precise and accurate measurements. Display proficiency with dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut and cutting tools to be used. When the machine finishes its process, you will check quality parameters and may take measurements to ensure the process was done properly, and record them in the product paperwork. You will also be responsible to audit the paperwork of your colleague who performed the step before yours, as a quality check.

You’ll be responsible to perform daily checks and preventive maintenance on your machines, and provide feedback for improvement of how your work is done. You’ll also work with our Engineers on any testing projects that they have scheduled on your machines.

You’ll be working a consistent schedule: 12 hour shifts on nights (5pm-5am) Monday through Friday, with an additional shift on Saturday that can be up to 10 hours. This is a good schedule that our staff enjoy, providing a lot of overtime hours.
