Good luck in finding someone that has all the skills you described, its not very likely that you will find a person with all the exact skills you mentioned.
I have trained CNC lathe and mill shops in the US and Canada for the last 20 years. programming, setup and most important, to be highly efficient.
The methods of using G-Codes, figuring shapes, speeds and feeds are very similar from control to control, but there are so many Cad-Cam packages that it is almost impossible to know them all.
If I can be of any help, let me know, I am at hputz@columbus.rr.com
There are many program examples examples if you need them, on my website Fanuc CNC programming training. Learn CNC for Fanuc, Yasnac, Mitsubishi CNC controls, CNC Machining Videos and DVD's, CNC programming training, CNC education, and CNC consulting.
