    We are a stable company and a premier supplier to a number of businesses across varied industries. We do work for the best and produce the best parts, which requires us to hire the best people. We have experienced growth unparalleled by many other shops in recent years, with no signs of or desire to slow. Located in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

    As a CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist, you will work in a fast paced, collaborative
    environment where your challenge is to deal with quick turnarounds, ranging from one-off productions to longer runs of up to 2 days while maintaining high-quality and on-time delivery. You will enjoy our "people first" philosophy, outstanding benefits plan and the opportunity to work and grow in a high-end, lean manufacturing environment.

    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years shop experience with CNC experience.
    • Ability to translate engineering sketches, verbal instructions and notes
    into finished machined parts.

    Hours are from 3:30PM to 2AM.
    Building is climate controlled.

    That's actually not a bad salary for 1 year experience, especially in the Midwest.

    REALLY? I live in Iowa and was just told 15-22$hr starting, not many states are cheaper to live in than Iowa.

    If he's got a good medical and 401k plan, 13/hr may not be that bad for someone out of tec. school.
