If learned lots in the past few months from tinkering with it, being on cnc zone, and talking with the US headquarters reps. If anyone has questions feel free to send em my way, I know these are hard machines to find anything out about these days.

| Soo here is the first question, but first i have to say that i've got an other Maschine EMCO PC Mill 155 running with Fanuc 21mb. So i've got the problem that the zero-offset is not accepted by the maschine. But its really important because i've programmed it for zero-offset! So here is the part of the Programm: N5 G0 G53 Z215 <-toolswitch position N10 X400 Y170 <-toolswitch position N15 T6 M06 <- Tool N20 G43 H6 <- Tool informations N23 G90 N24 G56 X-18.583 Y2.636 Z71.933 M3 this should be the new Zero-Point N25 G00 Z10.000 N30 G00 X27.090 Y25.000 Z10.000 But it doesn't take the Zero-offset. He just start running with the Normal Maschine Zero-Point. Because of this, i got the Error called: 9 N30 Target exceeds SW Limit. |
