Emco F1 for sale

Hi I have an Emco F1 mill for sale. It is currently on Ebay but I doubt if it will reach reserve.
I am selling it for a friend who has moved abroad.
It has not done much work and is in very good condition and has the RS 232 hook up socket for PC connection.
It is complete with all manuals including service manual and is with TV monitor and metal stand on castors.
He is looking for around £1200 but will accept good offer close to that figure.
The mill is in North Essex. UK.
Interested buyers could view it working.
Mike.

Hi sparkymike,
the machine you mention sounds interesting. At the moment I am looking for a Emco Compact F1 mill for my workshop. Do you still have yours for sale or know of anyone ?
cheers, woody_cnc

If you are looking to buy one of these machines,Make sure you get the communication card that goes in the computer & the software, It's even better if you get the computer that is already set up to run the Mill, they will not run with out the communication card & software

In the past I have had an Emco Compact Lathe, in which I adapted the Welturn software and used the Dolphin CAD CAM software. It all went fine. I would probably use the same communications and software.

Yes the Welsoft cnc control software is another way if you can't get a complete emco system, I think Mach3 would work very well as well
