Emco V 13

Hi All,
I have a chance at getting an Emco V 13 lathe. The numbering on the machine is D2R-87 06003. Is anyone familiar with the Emco system?
It seems to be in used but not over used condition. It has only a 5-C collet chuck with lever closer..that's it! The current owner is replacing it with a new CNC machine and no longer needs it. Asking in the mid 3k's which is within my range. Any feedback!
