I want to begin with thank Paul Gentile President CNCzone for our own trees in the EMCO. Below is a copy from Metal Working Tooling. I have an Emco Pc Turn 120 -94. When I bought my EMCO Lathe I was worried that you can rip liverish of attachment of the tool in the revolver. I thought to share with me my experience with some images and text. My requirements were that it could be adjusted in height and remain attached to the revolver without screwed dan and not able to unload at irregular or heavy turning inserts First, I took up a topic that fits in the revolver mount. To the right of the picture, a lock cases and a bolt. The bolt is 6mm in diameter. ![]() here, I have mounted the lock cases in the holder, to see that the fit is good. ![]() ![]() ![]() The pattern from treadsteel ![]() The threadsteel made in HSS and a M8 bold ![]() Front view ![]() Backside ![]() not so much text, but I guess most of it is quite clear. Do you have questions about the dimensions or other ideas, so it is nice. Keep to gogdo and hope it suits someone out there. Have a good time /Dan Last edited by cnc_swe; 08-05-2009 at 02:05 PM.
