What are you willing to take for it? Got any pictures? Where are you located? What condition is it in?

Its in good condition. The battery was allowed to get low so the parameters must be reloaded. I don't have the tape but do have the manual with the required settings. I'm located in Gaylord which is in northern mi. I do have pictures I could send by email. I don't have a website to host the pictures

...unless there's 3-4K of room in the best offer scenario.

You will probably maximise your price by parting out the lathe but that will take some extra time. FWIW, a friend just bought a Compact 5 or 6 and paid a few hundred for it and has another $1k in control upgrades.

The compact 5 is a completely different class of machine, capable of much less. The compact 6 is a pretty serious benchtop lathe. I think 3K for one in good condition is an OK price, but it would have to be REALLY good condition.
