hello,
which chuck do you use? It seems to be bigger than the standard one!
Greetings Rene
Then it was time to produce one more tool for the revolver on my EMCO. I find it difficult to inner turning when I want to have small dimensions.
I chose to make a mount that fits in EMCO's 16mm holder. The idea was to adjust the tool so it can carefully whether I want to run the M03 or the M04
1: A 16mm axis 16mm shaft turned down to 16x40mm + 12x35mm.
2: An eccentric 6mm holes inclined at ~ 5 degrees drilled straight through the milling machine.
3: Two holes for M5 screws stop production
4: Here you can see the stop screws and steel mounted.
5: The button side up. This hole was made in the mill.
6: This picture shows tool mounted in the revolver.
The advantage of this tool is that I can I rotate the steel.
and also the tool holder. This allows me to get all the settings.
The last picture shows the tool holder, seen from behind.
hope someone can benefit from my idea

125mm steel from Tos Lathe Chucks from Slovakia. 5500v/min. No China junk!
It works perfect, but the Emco don't like to fast retard or acceleration.
Best of all is the very big chuckhole, it is 32mm.
