Mount on a six-jaws chuck on my lathe

Hallo
I have an EMCO PC Turn 120 cnc as original is equipped with a 80mm chuck.
I'm interior dimensions too small and I chose to buy two new chucks. A 6 JAWS 100mm and
125mm with three jaws. Below, I show how I did to get the smaller chuck in place.
I am a happy man who is owner of several lathes, which makes the job easier

In my case it was chuck understand the back to fit between the old disc and the solution was
to produce a thin ring that fits into the outside respectively. 72.00 x 69.00 x 3.6mm

To the left, Chuck without holes and to the right the thin circle.

Here is the ring of the disc

and here I try the same ring on the back of the chuck.

-Splitting and cutting holes for 3pc of bolts.

- Cutting measure for the hexagonal bolt heads. 13.20mm

Finally, a question.
I see that many widely read but very few comments or questions.

If no one answers on the forum, it will die and become irrelevant.
I think that regardless of quality of the images, let us take some of your machines, tools, etc. or am I wrong?

Next project is a 125mm chuck in need of both the disc and balancing.

Hi Rene,
who do you not afraid to drill into the chuck but sometimes you have to gamble a bit.
Only one call to the TOS again and you have a new chuck for 3 days.
Simple and nice as snuff ;-)
