New Project.....PC Turn 55

Got the machine home and set up. Here is what I have.
A 2001 PC Turn 55, Windows 95
WinNc 13.3. and Borland C++. I don't need the C++ do I ?
No doc on WinNC other than the few pages in the instructor manual.

No WinCAM or other CAD/CAM software. I believe all the code was written on a much more modern machine and then downloaded to this machine to be run.
The instructor manual with overheads and course work sheets.
A few pages of notes on WinNC and the keyboard commands.

WinNC is configured for just the keyboard and it's not very intuitive but I was
able to get the machine to jog , zero and run pre existing programs and it
all seems fine, except…
The spindle starts turning, in reverse, about 15 rpm as soon as the machine is powered up ???
I wasn't able to figure out how to enter and run a single command to stop the
spindle (M05 ?) but I don't think that will work anyway. Any thoughts on
that would be much appreciated.

I took the back cover off and the machine is pristine inside. Extremely clean.
According to WinNC, this machine has 42 hours on it.

I guess my next step is find out if I can get WinCam from Emco and load it.

If WinCam is not too bad, I may just leave the machine as is and learn a bit
more about Fanuc and WinNC.

Great support from Emco, but I need the schematics to follow what they are asking me to test. Don't see them on either of the two user groups. Anyone here know where I can get a copy?
Emco-usa has been down all afternoon but I don't remember any schematics on the download pages.

I have decided this machine is just too large for my needs. I'm going to sell it and upgrade my Sherline 4000A instead.

Project canceled.

Do you mind if I ask how much you will ask for it?
