Emco maximat mentor 10 turned into cnc lathe

hey,
I have a emco Maximate Mentor 10
Lets turn this into a cnc lathe,
What do I need? we will list items one by one,
I have a lathe I'v been wanting to make it cnc controlled.
here are some pics and lets get started. you guys know more then me about whats is needed and how to go about doing it. You talk I listen and Do.
