Hi all... Does anyone know anything about the Emcoturn 220? There was a turret hang up when it indexed with a too long tool which caught the guard. It blew a chip and cap on the positioning board in the turret which have been replaced but still nothing. It gives error 05 which is a turret positioning error and states that it's a turret hardware failure?? I have measured the motor input and it never gets 24v from the control. Also, the error is supposed to be 5 seconds after indexing but happens instantly. Is there some setup for re-teaching position 1 and does anyone have a schematic for the turret control system? Any help would be great. Thanks.  |
