Default What it's worth? Vmc100 with 4th axis

    Hi
I have a emco vmc 100 Tmo2 control with 4th axis which I have owned for 12years plus, the time as come I should really sale, because just don't have the time to use it with other commitments and was kind of after some advice on it's worth, when I get round to sale it in a few months time once I clear out my garage and can actually see it, lol
    Pretty much standard spec,
file memory increased to the max, think that's 128mb
start delay for drive boards added (a must for these machines)
Travels tweaked to the max X189mm Y105mm Z standard 100mm
    Air blast on tool change
    Auto lube
    10 position tool changer
    Auto coolant
    4000rpm spindle
    220 volt supply
    Feedrate max 2m/min
    Rapid 3m/min
Parker rotary axis not sure if it's 3" or 4" diameter with logic driver unit and control/ programmer 110volt power supply.
This works from the emcotronic sending signal via M26 & M27 codes to activate the rotary axis controller if memory serves me right.
Please note the rotary axis I saw working when I got the machine but haven't used it so will need setting up and programming.
I used easydnc to up/download programs.
    I have all the manuals
Some tool holders at guess 20 in total, side locks, facemill, tapping holders.
A vice and some fixture plates.

Probably missed some stuff, but it a general overview of what comes with the machine.

Thanks in advance for any advice on its worth.

    Adee

    Hi Adee
Can't help you with what it's worth but if you still have it I am in the market for one.

Hard to tell, maybe you should use the buy price subtracting 10 years of linear depreciation? of course it depends on other factors such as the machine's conditions, demand side eagerness etc., so it's just a starting point. Hopefully this helps.
