    Anyone know of a kit to convert 7 X 16 mini lathe to cnc?

    There are a couple hardware kits available on Ebay. Some have installation videos posted on YouTube. I suspect you could ask one the companies that make a kit for a 7x10 to make one with a longer Z lead for your 7x16.

    I have a 7x16 myself that I am converting (not with a kit) that started life as a 7x10. I later swapped out the bed to a 7x16 from LMS.
