Emco Compact 6 Spindle Problems

Hi Everyone,
I have an emco compact 6 with a T1 control. I have posted this problem before, but I have made some changes and still have the problem. Everything works good except the spindle. I can only run the spindle by bringing it up in small (300 RPM) increments. To stop the spindle, I must bring the RPM down in the same style before I stop it. If I do not do it this way, up or down, it faults and I get "ALARM 02" "Drive Not Ready" and must restart the machine to clear the alarm. Originally, I was running the machine on a 10 HP Rotary Phase Converter. I now have a 10 HP Phase Perfect Digital Phase Converter, but the problem persists. Does anyone have any Ideas?

I had a similar problem with randomly by acceleration and braking.
Error found in the three-phase power cables. Cable connection was poor.

Thanks Hex,
I will replace all the wiring from the breaker panel to the transformer and from the transformer to the machine and give it a try.
