Brother HS-70a wire EDM Tech files?

I am looking for information on generating technology files for the above listed machine. No one in out shop has any experience with this. We have always used the manufacturer supplied tech files for our other Wire EDMs, but the Brother machine cannot generate tech files for all the processes we try. It seems to be a work piece material issue most of the time. A point in the right direction would be apperciated.
