WEDM

Have you try reloading the software?
Sometimes when you change the batteries you miss some parameters...

Software loading

Hi Buddy.
I have just 3 floppy disk, one is for E-Packs,other for Pitch Error and the last one have the version of the software of the machine (It could be D1 or E4).

Do you have the same disks? Do you have the right procedure to reload the software?

If you need more help please let me know.

Buy me a Beer?

See attached: hopefully this is enough to get you going.

Tech file is from FA20s

If you get invalid epack number error then subtract 1280 from the shown epack number

ie: 2051-1280=771 (E2051=E771) This is the epack difference between our FA and our CXs

Hope this helps

We have a '98 FX10.
On our machine the T215 error seems to be a generic error message. If you can be looking very carefully at the screen when the meesage comes on, it will very quickly flash a more specific error & then change to T215.

That being said, I asked my dept forman about your issue. He said that they had a similar problem & it was simply the water level. The first time was when we just got the machine & the tech who set it up had only partially filled the holding tank, after a couple of weeks, the water evaporated a little & when we filled the tank, the water in the holding tank dropped below the sensor.

My forman suggested checking water level, fiilters & perhaps clean the sensor in the tank.

Good Luck
