I want to use Dnc Rs232 port in my charmilles robofil 400 but that's not Actived it's off.

How can i active it?

The only way to activate the port is to upload the activation program from a disk.
Trouble is I don't have it...

Hello every one.
I have my problem about How to active DNC option on robofil 400 yet.
Please help me


problem is this:

on robofil 510 DNC option is working correctlly
to copy file on machine:
Com> CPY,DNC:Example.iso,MEM:example.iso
file copied ok.

But on robofil 400 !!!
to copy file on machine:
Com> CPY,DNC:Example.iso,MEM:example.iso

Machine seied-------> Invalil command.

!!!!!!! each command are same but it's dose not work on robofil 400

on robofil 400 DNC option is not active.
How can i active this option?
