Having trouble with wire breakage on my Mits FA20S. I'm using Magacut T 500N/mm 71000 PSI. It is acting like the something is slipping but i can't seem to see that. As it starts to do a wire square it snaps before trying to do anything. Its starting to get on my last nerve. Any idears from anybody word be helpful. Thanks Toolz |

| make sure you've got the larger holed nozzles fitted and remove the threading jet. Lower your WT a few notches and maybe the PT a little way. Lower the IP and SA raise the SB and VG. Finally check your lower roller bearings are good. You may have a programme error whereby the UV are moving but the XY is dwelling thereby creating a situation that Mitsy Wirers aren't normally happy with. If so try tweaking your programme to keep XYUV motive HTH |
