Cutting 20 deg. Taper in Mits FA20s

Having trouble with wire breakage on my Mits FA20S. I'm using Magacut T 500N/mm 71000 PSI. It is acting like the something is slipping but i can't seem to see that. As it starts to do a wire square it snaps before trying to do anything. Its starting to get on my last nerve. Any idears from anybody word be helpful.

make sure you've got the larger holed nozzles fitted and remove the threading jet. Lower your WT a few notches and maybe the PT a little way. Lower the IP and SA raise the SB and VG. Finally check your lower roller bearings are good.


You may have a programme error whereby the UV are moving but the XY is dwelling thereby creating a situation that Mitsy Wirers aren't normally happy with. If so try tweaking your programme to keep XYUV motive
