Dose anyone have settings for cutting Poco 3 graphite? I usually cut graphite plates 3/8" to 1" thick with a .010 wire. I have a Elox-Fanuc wire EDM but the setting are not the same. I having difficulty with the burning. After the first burn(which went very slow.Wire kept breaking) I do a skim cut and the cutting is spotty.. Cuts , don't cut..Inconstant.. Can any one give me the basic settings to start from? Thanks Russ V.  |
