Agie simple program

Hello, I'm trying to get my head wrapped around programming an EDM. I'd like to start doing a simple line just to get going. The problem I'm having is with the job and tec files. Do I have to put the leads in the job file? If anyone has a simple program they could share that would be great. Thanks

What type of AGIE machine are you working with?

It's a Agie 250HSS with an Agiematic CF control. I'm trying to get it going cutting off 1/2" carbide endmills to start. We have BobCad for programming. I've requested a post from them but they usually take there sweet time!! I have run lasers before and with them you can take a 1/2" file and scale it down for other thicknesses. I hoping I can do that with the Agie. I don't know how good the cut files are in the manual? Thanks

I use mastercam to post to mine, and I am running older classic machines. I have a classic and a classic S submerged.

I do everything externally; I do no programming at the machine. I can send you a sample program, although I don't know if it will help you.

Yeah if you don't mind send me a simple program. Does your machine have to have three files. Mine has a geo file which is the nc code, a ted file which is the actual cut file, and a job file which puts it all together. My email is nicholsjared10@yahoo.com. Thanks
