I can not move the table, when the manual switch is active. If I turn it to inactive it moves just fine. I think it will burn just fine. I just can not pick up the part. it gives me a "666 electrode sensor error". I had a guy come to track down the problem and after 2 days it went away on its own. Well it is back now. My boss is less than receptive to having another guy come in. I have looked all over the table for a short. I am thinking it has some realy that is bad. Can someone point me to the $10.00 problem? I can soder and fix electrical stuff. Just with out a good schematic, and Charmille says they dont have one and want to send the tech down. I use to work for another machine builder as a Applications Engineer. I can fix things I just need someone to point me in a direction. I just feel sure it is a relay some where with a weak coil. Thanks in advance.Jetski

| Ok well I will let the other 45 people who have viewed this know what I have found out. I have unhooked all table connections, and wires to the head. Turned the machine back on and still have the short somewhere. I un hooked the wires inside the cabinet to rule out bad wires or frayed bad connections. If someone can let me know what board the relay is on I am sure this is the problem or at least the next place to look. However when I switch the manual move command to inactive it moves again (like you would set the controls to use an indicator to square the block). Some body help me. I will even entertain a bad suggestion. Oh and Charmille will not send, or has no schematic on file? WTF. I can still get part and schematics on a 62 Cushman scooter, or a 57 Chevy, or even a 1988 Kawasaki jet ski (made in Japan). Someone has a schematic out there dont they? How about a disgruntled service tech? Untill someone helps me I guess I will use this thing as an expensive liquor cabinet. HELP, HELP!!!!! Call me on my cell @ 317-408-2684 and I am George
