Hi guys, Last day I started Fanuc 0B wire EDM machine.... Nothing happened... No response on the screen and no response on any of keyboards... Service claims it is the CPU unit brak down... Has any of you guys faced similar problem? What do you think? I would appreciate anykind of help! Thank you! Regards, Andraz |

| We had the same problem with our O.C. machine, it ended up being a relay on one of the boards that was stuck in the open or closed position. not sure which at present. The service guy from Fanuc told us to go through the board and Flick the relay with a finger and it will release the relay. Cant remember which board it is now. If you contact Fanuc I am sure they will tell you exactly which board and relay it is. Good luck |
