I have an Agie 100D Wire EDM machine.The Control unit is an AgieMatic CD. The Generator unit is an AgiePuls MMDI have a PRD-33C and a PRD-34A board set.I have an error message of : "Agiepuls MMD not in Start" with only one Message 511. The best I can understand is the PDR-33C board has something bad on it because it will not put power through to the wire for erosion. It will fill the tank, start up the operation and roll wire but then it sits still until it faults with the 511 message. Before it faults out the AgiepulsMMD unit does turn on the GL1 light but faults out before the GL2 lights up. Do you know where I can buy another PRD33C board or where to get it repaired or traded out? Sorry for the long message I just wanted to give as much information as I had from the start. Thanks for your help.  |
