Problem in Sodick A500 nMark 21

I bought a used A500 Mark 21 machine recently. Unfortunately the hanging panel was left loose and the computer inside it got damaged in tarnsit. Now when I boot the machine it shows NO SYSTEM FILE. It has a PC with one floppy drive and one flash drive. It is not booting with system floppy also, the booting goes upto 48 and then it asks for the user floppy, when I take out system floppy and inset user floppy it does not read it and keeps saying insert disk in drive 2. PLEASE HELP

ask Sodick for new disks first, it might just be a faulty disk.

Does the machine have 2 drives ? the system should go in one and the user in the other.

The bad news (sit down for this ) if the PC or one of the floppy drives has failed you need a new PC you could try replacing the drives with those flash drives that emulate floppy drives I think they are £250 each.

Now for the killer as they don't make the PC anymore you will have to replace it with sodicks own and it costs £7k but that includes fitting.
