EDM Basics is on a distinguished road
Wire EDM Tooling

I have been working in the plastic injection molding industry for the last 16 years. I have spent the last 12 years running different types of wire EDM's (Makino, Mitsubishi, etc). After spending time working with these machines and looking at the products that are available to help make the machining process easier. I decided to start my own company EDM Basics and build my own tooling. If you take the time and look at the similar products that are out on the marked today I think you will find that My product offers you more for a lot less. So my plan was to make a quality product at a reasonable price that the small business owner could afford. My rail system is easy to install, makes setting up work pieces easy, and allows you to get all the work done without multiple set ups. I built my first rail for my own machine and use it on a daily basis.

I have been selling my rails on eBay for a while now and have been looking for ways to get the word out about the products that i offer.

If you are looking for tooling for your wire edm check out my adds on eBay.

Rail system item #130422962832

clamp set item # 130423746523

I am working on more product including vises and v-blocks to hold round parts.
