Hi I just bought a wire edm from agie. put it all back together and when starting erosion always get alarm "erosion start with wire in short circuit" I took apart both lower and upper arm assembly, clean it and put back together. It didnt help! Sometimes I also get alarms regarding generator 1 and 8, but I think generators are ok as I swapped both 1 and 8 with other ones and still got the alarms sometimes. any clues where to search or what to check?? Thanks |

| Are you sure you have assembled generator output (FS+ and FS-) cables and gap voltage sensor cables (UFS+ and UFS-) in correct polarity? Sometimes disconnecting of gap voltage sensor cables cause short circuit error on display. |
