sodick bw 275 re-boot & locked keyboard problem

hi, my bw275 locked out on all the keyboard keys,
and the buttons around the monitor.
i tried to re-boot to clear the problem,
but the m/c will not re-boot every time, it reads the disks
and on two occasions it re-booted, but the problem was
still there.
anybody got any clues as to what's at fault?
