Charmilles Robofil 310 disk format error

Dear EDM users,

I have a Charmilles Robofil 310 machine. I have a problem. The machine was not used for a long time, and does not start. I try to reinstall the system from disk but don't work.
I rehearsed these steps:

1. I switch on to main power
2. pushed continuously the reset button (blue //) I switch the controller on (green button)
the service comes in menu
3. I push to F2 (LOAD)
floppy try to load
but I come this error message: ILC format error
I try to change floppy to same type but don't work nothing, like this can be excluded the mistake of the floppy.
What may be the problem, hardware, eprom, floppy cable?

Dear Alex,

I have a Robofil 310, which has been off for more than 30 days and requires reload the system software but when I try loading the disc the floppy drive starts blinking but never loads the files. I have tried same with the backup discs, but it is the same. how I can to know if the drive works?.

Disked or floppy disk drive may be corrupted.

If you have spare disk drive is corrupted floppy disks trial.
