ona prima graphic problem

hi,we have a ona prima e400,we have a problem at the moment as when you try to get the graphics on the screen up we get an error (wrong number),it was fine up intill i had a die to do which needed tapering,i have had a look at the manuals, it lists the error, but no way of getting around it,can any one help paul
